Job description

Position Description:

.            Provide Operations support e.g. Financial Reporting, Financial report extracts, Quality of Data/Report, Improvements/Automation and other administrative reports.
.            Generate high-quality reports on a daily, weekly, monthly or yearly basis as may be required by the Project Managers and S/BU clients.
.            Prepare and participate in the project review meetings as necessary.
.            Act as the primary contact for CGI Partners inquiries, requests and ad hoc activities.
.            Suggest or create Process Service Improvement and share best practices.
.            Proactively identify and investigate issues and escalate to POC with reliable context 
.            Perform other functions as may be required by the Operational Lead and/or Service Delivery Manager.
