Job description

Position Description:

We are seeking a Finance & Administrative Consultant to manage business support tasks for our team.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

-Manage request management tasks: Attend client Work Order requests, coordinate with
experts for estimations, secure approvals, and ensure timely submission to clients within SLA.
-Handle resource management tasks: Allocate resources, manage pending assignment
approvals, and handle SCR requests.
-Adapt to using various tools and thrive in a fast-paced environment: Perform diverse,
undefined activities as required, adapting to changing priorities effectively.
-Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills: Coordinate activities across stakeholders effectively.
-Navigate ambiguous situations: Execute tasks outside standard activities confidently when
required.
-Proactively identify and investigate issues, escalating them with reliable context to the Point of
Contact (POC).
-Propose and implement Process Service Improvements and share best practices.
Participate in process-related meetings with onshore counterparts and conduct cross-functional
trainings as needed.
-Prepare administrative reports and perform additional functions as directed by the Operational
Lead and Manager.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

- Bachelor’s degree holder in Accountancy or any finance-related course and with minimum 1-3 years of work experience.
- Proficient in MS Excel
-Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrates strong organizational and analytical skills and attention to details.
- Action-oriented and has the ability to assume ownership of requests/issues/escalations and deliver effective resolutions to customers.
- Customer-oriented (know your customers well; add value with a level of urgency)
- A strong work ethic and flexibility to meet dynamic business needs.
- A sense of autonomy, initiative, and responsibility
- A motivated self-starter that takes initiative to bring issues to resolution.
- Proficiency to follow and write process documentation.
- Amenable to flexible shift as the need arises (mid-shift or night shift) as requested by project/onshore.
