Configuration Specialist - Ivalua

Position Description:
The Ivalua Configurator is responsible for the configuration, customization, and optimization of the Ivalua platform. This role focuses on translating business requirements into Ivalua configurations.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
. L3 certification is mandatory
. Configure and customize the Ivalua platform according to requirements.
. Collaborate with team members/internal clients to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
. Develop and maintain configuration documentation, test scripts.
. Provide technical guidance and expertise on best practices for using the Ivalua platform.
. Conduct testing and troubleshooting to ensure the Ivalua platform is operating effectively.
. Assist with data migration and integration tasks.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
. Minimum of 3 years of experience in configuring and managing the Ivalua platform
. Advanced knowledge of SQL (writing and optimizing queries) and database management is preferred.
. Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
. Ability to work effectively with remote teams and stakeholders across different geographic locations.
. Knowledge about procurement processes and procurement software solutions.
Ivalua L3 certification is mandatory
L3 – Expert / Integrator Level
Advanced technical and integration expertise
Designing and managing end-to-end integrations
Working with APIs, interfaces, data flows, and system connectivity
Troubleshooting complex issues across systems
"CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors including but not limited to skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $60,000 - $110,000."
