We are looking for a Back-Office with:
- 2-3 years of experience in a back-office department at a financial institution or similar. 
- Knowledge of financial operations (leasing, renting, loans), related tools, and documentation. 
- Document management and KYC experience. 
- Experience handling calls and resolving issues. 

Skills: 
Ability to learn and listen.
Proactive.
Strong organizational skills and prioritization. 
Ability to handle stressful situations. 
Excellent communication skills, both internal and external.
