RESPONSIBILITIES

Are you interested in working on knowledge management, digitalization, and optimizing our processes? Starting immediately, you have the opportunity to learn about and actively contribute to the HR processes of an international corporation.

 

·  You support our teams in the further development of our digital knowledge management and the preparation of a new HR service platform.
·  You update our knowledge database and contribute to the development of internal communication.
·  You are involved in optimizing our customer communication.
·  In addition, you design digital trainings for our HR teams.
·  Last but not least, you contribute your valuable ideas to our ongoing Digital Customer Experience projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

· 
ongoing studies in the field of economics, communication, humanities, or psychology 

· 
experience in customer communication and digitalization in the HR field 

· 
proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint 

· 
fluent in English and Spanish, German is a plus

· 
ability to communicate effectively and visually design content for different target audiences 

· 
experience in digital teamwork is advantageous
