Description

Objectives:

·  Training and technical support for Refinish Coating business maintenance & development. Main Tasks:
·  Maintain Refinishing Competence Center EHS
·  Implement training courses scheduled by training management including advanced level
·  Training Data management
·  Support on OEM training program development and other OEM related activity, i.e. paint contest etc.
·  Assist Refinishing Competence Center Management including facility/paint product /consumption materials stock etc.
·  Support on field technician’s Technical Qualification Development through training/assessment activities
·  Support on product test while for new product/competitor’s product/claims etc.
·  Other technical sales support activities, such like customer conversion. Requirements:

·  Education: college or above
·  Language: fluent English and Mandarin speaking and writing
·  Working Experience: at least 3 years in refinish industry with trainer or technical responsibility
·  Technical & Professional Knowledge: solid knowledge of refinish paint, extensive skill on application and didactic
·  Logical thinking, good PC/MC office skills, good communication skill are a 'must'
