Description

OBJECTIVE

To inspect, repair and maintain all Electrical and Instrumentation equipment and systems in the plant according to the instruction by his superior in order to minimize downtime of the equipment and to ensure the Plant meets the target set and required standard. 
•To maintain and improve E&I equipment in complexes. •Involve for inspection, repair and maintenance all Electrical and Instrumentation equipment and systems in the plant •Actively take initiative to minimize downtime of equipment •To work closely with contractors and own functional groups to complete jobs ensuring high quality results and compliance with applicable standards. •To execute preventive and corrective maintenance measures and take ownership to complete assigned work orders efficiently •Actively bring in new ideas and initiate process improvements to continuously raise the standard. •Establish priorities according to urgency and importance •Determine mid-term goals and plans •Able to see connections, links of daily and mid-term activities •Resolve problem in own work area •Deliver timely, meeting standards and quality

 

REQUIREMENTS
•Certificate/ Diploma in Electrical & Instrumentation from recognized institutions. Degree will be an advantage •Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in E&I maintenance in process plant. •Certificate of Chargeman with minimum AO is an advantage. •Solid knowledge and skills of: •Calibration of E&I field instrumentation •Maintenance of electrical equipment in process plant. •Maintenance execution of E&I equipment •Excellent troubleshooting skills. •Outstanding HSE awareness. •Good communication and interpersonal skills and a team player. •Proactive, posses drive and commitment towards standard and performance for self. •Ability to perform autonomously and  under pressure. •Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and SAP is an advantage.
