Supply Chain Analyst (2002491) – Greenville, OH

We are seeking a professional like you to support our Supply Chain operations at our Greenville, OH facility.
Qualifications - BASF recognizes institutions of Higher Education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent
Formula for Success
· Relying on your strong organizational skills with 1-5 years ERP expertise you will support the daily administrative responsibilities for the inbound/outbound shipments at the site.
· Engaging across functions within BASF, you will successfully influence others to resolve day-to-day carrier related issues for the business.
· Leveraging your educational background in Supply Chain, Business or a related field, and your professional experience, you will be the primary liaison between the business and corporate transportation platforms including Transplace (bulk and package command centers), transportation procurement and customer care organizations.
· Your excellent communication, reporting, and presentation skills are essential as you provide day-to-day support to Greenville Supply Chain operations, including EHS, Management of Change (MOC), and continuous improvement. Additionally, you will perform data analysis and reporting for transportation performance management including costs, non-conformances (NCMs), demurrage, transport reliability and carrier performance.
· Your leadership skills will be essential as you will be responsible for tracking and reporting shipping-related non-conformances (NCMs) and ensure investigations are handled in a timely and effective manner.
· Your analytical skills, combined with your thorough knowledge of transportation management, will allow you to resolve freight payment issues within our 3rd party freight payment provider’s website. Your critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills will be essential in managing transportation related projects, continuous improvement projects, including but not limited to new business launches, cost optimizations/reductions and other operations projects related to logistics and supply chain.
