Objective of the Position

Accountable for order fulfillment

Customer & Market focus to response to the market requirements towards growth and Customer satisfaction

Main Task

Order fulfillment

Lead the daily order status meeting with APTC and CSO.

Escalate orders on risk.

Communicate with sales on known/ unexpected manufacture challenges as advised by Regional Planner

Allocation planning

Responsible for Country sales plan, collaborate with account manager in monthly cycle to finalize the allocation sales plan.

Define action plan with sales when actual open orders exceed monthly sales plan allocation

Communicate with regional planner on changes made

Master Data

Communicate with regional planner on APO master data (i.e. location mapping) for responsible countries

Maintain material master data at local warehouse and sales org. (i.e. MM02)

Maintain transportation lane in APO for replenishment into local warehouse

Request ICTP for NPI (new product introduction)

Work with BEX on system issues / testing feedback

Distributor management

Collaborate with distributor to improve on the quality of forecast

Partner with sales to develop and enforce business rules with distributors

Review and improve distributor frequency of ordering to meet minimum ordering quantity (MOQ) to maximize logistics costs

Define action plan with distributor to clear aging stock

Go-To-Market

Steer Go-To-Market process ensure measures are in place to reach target KPI’s

Drive process improvements with all stakeholders.

Maintain and contribute to customer orientated and positive culture in the team

Drive Supply Chain Customer interaction to add value on both sites and keep cost under control

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or Logistics Management Working

5 years or above in Supply chain management

Technical & Professional Knowledge: Supply chain planning, scheduling and operations knowledge; data analysis skills; professional SAP usage experience will be a plus
