We are looking for a Specialist / Officer (m/f/d) with the focus on Performance Management, you have the following responsibilities:

·  You handle incoming requests from Managers or HRBPs community concerning Performance Management and Employee Development.
·  Additionally, you maintain data for our group companies in our HR System ‘SuccessFactors’ (Performance and Employee Development).
·  You support with the monthly and yearly activities of creating reports and testing of employee performance review forms.
·  Also, you engage in Learning topics by processing incoming requests.


·  completed formal vocational training or degree in Business, Commerce, Economics or similar field and ideally experience in HR, SuccessFactors Performance, Goals or Learning, Organizational Management or a similar area
·  excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and good knowledge of other MS Office applications, preferably experience in automation and digitization projects
·  ability to effectively simplify and explain complex concepts or technical information in a clear and easy way
·  excellent interpersonal skills to easily connect with your team members and foster positive relationships across teams and partners
·  fluent in English and German, knowledge of other European languages is an asset


·  Location-independent work models with defined days of presence in Berlin and place of residence in Germany.
·  Gross annual salary: 31.000 - 35.000€, depending on your qualification and professional experience, 36.000 - 42.000 € possible with correspondingly higher qualifications.
·  In addition, you can expect a bonus dependent on the company's success as well as individual performance.
