RESPONSIBILITIES
At HR Services EMEA in our Service Hub Berlin, we stand for comprehensive HR service delivery throughout the region Europe, Middle East & Africa. We rely on more than ten years of high-quality service delivery as BASF's internal service provider and to complete our team, we are currently looking for a candidate for the position of (Senior) Talent Acquisition specialist for the UK.
· Act as the primary point of contact, delivering professional talent acquisition services to candidates, local hiring managers, and HR stakeholders in the UK throughout the entire recruitment process.
· Create compelling job adverts and develop innovative publication strategies to attract top talent.
· Coordinate job interviews and manage various administrative recruiting tasks.
· Conduct thorough screening and pre-selection of candidate profiles for multiple BASF divisions based in the UK, ensuring high quality standards.
· You will also actively contribute to supporting local HR in the UK by assisting with a variety of HR administrative tasks.
· As a member of team Norther Europe you may also be required to provide support to other countries in the EMEA region and contribute to the recruitment strategy for positions at HUB Berlin.
· Take an active role in the EMEA talent acquisition community of recruiters at HUB Berlin, actively participating in process improvements and enhancing overall talent acquisition performance.
QUALIFICATIONS
· You have extensive experience in a similar talent acquisition position.
· You hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent and you preferably have a certificate in an HR related field.
· Experience using the SAP SuccessFactors recruiting module (ATS) would be highly beneficial for this role.
· Exposure to the principles of UK employment law would be an advantage.
· Alongside a strong and proactive customer-oriented approach, you adapt easily to a fast-changing work environment and take personal initiative.
· Being a strong team player, you are able to actively engage with your colleagues in Berlin, as well as our local stakeholders in the UK.
· You take pride in your work, paying exceptional attention to detail and you are well-organised under pressure.
· You have high IT system literacy, experience with HR tools and you are confident with MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
· You are business fluent in English (Finnish, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian or German would also be a plus for collaboration with our colleagues in the Nordics and Berlin).
