RESPONSIBILITIES

Within our Domestic Delivery Services Unit, we are responsible for the delivery of supply chain and customer order management services and relevant excellence activities.

·  You establish and uphold standard operating procedures for managing shipment data quality processes.
·  Furthermore, you monitor and maintain completeness of all events in the shipment lifecycle in track and trace tools.
·  You create reports and analyses related to shipment data quality for different stakeholder meetings.
·  In addition, you take ownership for implementation of new global strategic track and trace tools in EMEA region.
·  You maintain high data availability from carriers and conduct root cause analysis for missing or incorrect data, implementing corrective actions as needed to prevent future occurrences.

QUALIFICATIONS

·  Bachelor or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management or IT
·  professional experience in Supply Chain Management and/or IT and carrier relationship management
·  Experience in SAP (TM/WM)
·  German and English, fluent in spoken and written
