RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Project Coordinator in the HR Services Team Northern Europe EMEA (covering the following countries: Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Baltic Countries, UK, and Ireland) you are eager to coordinate the key projects within the team. 
The main project will be NGBA (Next Generation Business Architecture),  business transformation with a large focus on the conversion of the current SAP R/3 Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system Cobalt to the S/4HANA technology.

Your primary responsibilities are:

·  You are responsible for effectively managing project coordination, and ensuring all necessary contributors are actively involved.
·  You ensure that project services are delivered in accordance with established processes and work procedures, as well as complying with BASF policies and local company legal and statutory requirements.
·  You work with the respective country representatives of the team to align on the project's scope of work and timeline, ensuring timely project delivery.
·  You collaborate between various stakeholders to ensure timely project progress and delivery.
·  You provide quality support for direct and indirect parties involved in the project, ensuring all scope of delivery, and reporting activities are executed accurately and in a timely manner.
·  You manage project work and resolve issues by interacting with the necessary key stakeholders and developing solutions.
·  You regularly conduct reviews to recognise and resolve challenges within the project delivery in a timely and orderly manner.
·  You network across the project organisation and regional teams to ensure effective delivery of the project.

QUALIFICATIONS

·  Educated to degree level (preferably in a HR related subject area). 
·  Significant experience in change management and HR projects, specifically related to system changes and implementations.
·  Strong understanding of the fundamentals of HR systems.
·  Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex issues to diverse stakeholders.
·  Familiarity with SAP and Organisational Management is highly advantageous.
·  Additional knowledge and/or experience in HR processes for any of the Northern European countries in scope (i.e., Norway, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, UK, and Ireland)
·  Fluent English is required, while proficiency in Nordic languages and/or German is considered an advantage.
