RESPONSIBILITIES

Within our unit Business Reporting you will become part of our expert team. We oversee the main global BASF SAP BW applications for business steering and cost information.

·  You will be the interface between the Global Application Owner and system users and act as a contact for units in Controlling, Finance and IT.
·  In close cooperation with the Global Application Owner and IT units you will develo the application further and ensure data quality.
·  You will prepare test plans, conduct tests and assist end users in performing the acceptance test.
·  You are responsible for the activities regarding month-end-closing to ensure on-time data availability in high quality.
·  You will create and provide training services, support the effective usage of the application and facilitate exchange of knowledge.
·  You will create required reports, answer ad-hoc requests and take ownership for specific tasks in projects, e.g. in investigation and implementation of trend-setting reporting features.

QUALIFICATIONS

·  degree in economics, IT or comparable education
·  relevant professional experience in Controlling and/or Finance and ideally in service organizations
·  good knowledge of SAP R/3 (FI, CO) and ideally SAP BW
·  customer orientation and motivated contributor to team success
·  fluent in English, German is a plus

BENEFITS

·  Location-independent work models with defined days of presence in Berlin and place of residence in Germany.
·  Gross annual salary (full-time): 43.000 - 47.000 €, depending on qualifications and professional experience. In addition, you can expect a bonus dependent on the company's success as well as individual performance.
·  Flexible working hours so that you can organize your working and private life according to your needs.
