RESPONSIBILITIES

In our unit, we are responsible for the proper customs clearance of ordered raw materials, merchandise and technical goods.

·  You supervise the delivery and clearance of import shipments from non-EU countries into free circulation for all modes of transport.
·  In addition to checking customs invoices and tax assessments from external service providers, you will also communicate with internal business units, suppliers, dispatcher and warehouse employees.
·  You prepare all customs-relevant documents and support internal and external audits. 
·  Furthermore, you give Customs advice and support the divisions and group companies.

QUALIFICATIONS

·  vocational training
·  first professional experience in the areas of foreign trade as well as import and export 
·  standard IT applications and initial SAP knowledge
·  User knowledge of SAP GTS
·  fluent oral and written communication in German and English
