At our Schwarzheide site we also produce polyurethane base products, foams, coatings, engineering plastics, finishing chemicals and fungicides. RESPONSIBILITIES

In our unit, we offer planning services for heating, sanitary, air-conditioning and ventilation systems, control technology, fire extinguishing systems as well as laboratory equipment and laboratory media supply for new plants and plant modifications of the BASF Group.

·  You will support the Lead Civil Engineer in the functional, on-time and cost-effective planning (HOAI LP 1 to 7) of the TGA for medium to large projects in plant construction on the client side.
·  In addition, you will develop requirements and cost-optimized building services concepts in cooperation with the project team and external planning partners.
·  You will contribute your technical expertise as well as experience to the planning process and monitor the planning services of our external planning partners from a client's perspective.
·  Furthermore, you will prepare market-oriented tender documents for the procurement of the MEP installations, support the award process within the framework of technical discussions and the installation in the event of technical problem solutions during execution.

QUALIFICATIONS

 

·  Bachelor's, Master's or Diploma degree in the field of supply engineering 
·  several years of practical experience in the planning and execution of MEP projects across all service phases of the HOAI, preferably in the European region
·  extensive technical assessment competence in the field of MEP planning and execution
·  in-depth knowledge of the legal regulations, ideally also in industrial and laboratory construction, as well as basic knowledge of planning, tendering, monitoring and project management
·  enjoyment of passing on knowledge and experience to others as well as solution-oriented way of working and entrepreneurial action
·  good German and English language skills
·  mobility and willingness to travel / delegations required
