RESPONSIBILITIES

As Executive Specialist OurPlace Smart App, you will be responsible for our newly introduced Office Management Solution for our new office building. This role is all about igniting the sparks of innovation and driving the seamless functioning, optimization and ongoing enhancement of the solution. You'll be working hand-in-hand with our external provider to cater to the ever-evolving needs of BASF Hub Berlin.

 

·  You are going to oversee performance, stability and functionality of the Office Management Solution OurPlace Smart App.
·  In addition, you ensure the smooth integration with various internal systems, such as Access IT, Outlook, Azure AD, Building Minds and Mobile App deployment.
·  One of your tasks includes the regular monitoring of the Outlook filter as well as the yearly coordination of compliance audits.
·  You support the development of solution’s design aligned with BASF standards and requirements which you also maintain.
·  With your work you investigate and resolve complex issues, coordinating with IT teams and vendor for solutions.
·  You are going to provide expertise and guidance for effective use, including support, training and documentation.
·  This position gives you the opportunity to identify opportunities for enhancement and drive improvement initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS

·  Bachelor's Degree in Business or IT-related field, e.g. Business Informatics or a related field of study
·  familiarity with BASF IT systems or equivalent complex IT landscapes
·  strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and German
·  problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
·  self-motivated, proactive and capable of working independently as well as part of a team
·  strong organizational abilities with the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
