Senior Engineer, Smart EHS Solutions(001637)

Job description

- Support the set up and implementation of smart EHS solutions including automation workflows with Office Automation tools with the concept development
- Improve work efficiency by identify needs of the EHS process, from understanding procedure, matrix and records to interpreting applicable process into new PowerApps solutions
- Set up, test and maintain Power Apps work flow based on business needs; create customized connectors and automation in MS Flow
- Optimize and enhance existing EHS tools or APIs to build-up interaction and enable data analysis
- Collect OA questions during implementation for analysis and continuous improvement
- Evaluate smart solutions in EHS from technology and user experience perspectives
- Join pre-study and workshops on e.g. e-work permit, e-change management, support trail implementation for temporary and permanent solution
- Implement contractor management solutions and action tracker system, referencing other sites as well as units respectively
- Implement EHS training solution, for new employee Day One Training
- Implement PPE management solution with Technical Site Service team for standard and special PPE management

- Minimum 3 year of experience in Chemical industry
- Candidate with EHS exposure will be of top priority
- Familiar with low-code Office Automation, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, MS Flow, Power BI)
-Digital project management experience
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
