Title : Sales Operations Specialist (Personal Care)
Location: Ataşehir/Istanbul
QUALIFICATIONS/COMPETENCIES
· Bachelor’s degree
· Minimum 2 years of experience preferably in sales, sales support or customer services
· Familiar with common MS Office programs and SAP, Sales Force knowledge is preferable.
· Able to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
· Being strong in taking ownership for results and overcoming obstacles.
· Able to deliver customer value while achieving profitable business results.
· Fluent in English and Turkish.
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Working in the administration side of the sales team for Türkiye, Middle East and Central Asia.
· Being the first point of contact in the responsible region for client issues and inquiries (e.g., quality related non-conformity issues)
· Managing the system by creating new and revising current customer data.
· Entering samples and CuRT (Customer Request Tracking) in Sales Force system and managing the rebate process.
· Revising and entering pricing inputs in the CPQ/SAP systems with the guidance of the sales team and tools.
· Sharing product related documents with customers.
· Managing the legal supply contracts, especially for Central Asia.
· Supporting the sales team for budgeting, forecasting, sales reporting including data up/download form to SAP and other systems.
· Compiling qualitative and quantitative customer reports.
· Provide effective communication with internal colleagues and departments (Product Management, Customer Service, etc.) and external customers to achieve sales targets.
· Managing new year promotions by creating, collecting demand from related parties, ordering, organizing deliveries.
