As a Regulatory Services Assistant at our Durham, NC office, you will support the assembly and publishing of regulatory submissions and/or international dossiers. You will also assist the Good Laboratory Practice Archivist in maintaining the archives, including storage and retrieval of study reports, and raw data, etc. .

 

During your time as a Regulatory Services Assistant you will be…

 

·  Scanning, indexing, storing, and retrieving documents submitted to the Archives in a Good Laboratory Practice   compliant manner.
·  Supporting project teams in the acquisition of technical reports and documents required for submission purposes.
·  Processing reports and data entry (attribution) in our internal database system called Veeva Vault.
·  Maintaining inventory of stored documentation and help oversee archive-to-archive transfers of documentation from 3rd party cooperators.
·  Assisting in the assembly and publishing of regulatory submissions and/or international dossiers.

If you...

 

·  Have a high school diploma.
·  Demonstrated experience in Adobe Acrobat Professional, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and databases.
·  Experience in document scanning and Adobe bookmarking/hyperlinking.
·  Strong attention to detail, with strong organizational skills directed toward the completion of task-oriented procedures
