Where the Chemistry Happens...

Chemical Production Operators at our North Geismar DNT facility are responsible for conducting the daily activities related to the manufacturing operations of the chemical facility.

As a Production Operator - North Geismar, You Create Chemistry By...

Operator responsibility and accountability includes, but is not limited to: 

- Working within the scope of procedures and instructions to manufacture chemical products by operating processes and equipment, primarily via DCS and PLC systems. 

- Facilitate the transfer of raw materials and finished products to and from vessels including, railway cars, tank trucks, totes, and drums.

- Ensures data collection / documentation of the process, interprets results and responds with appropriate adjustments.

- Assists with the process and equipment troubleshooting process.

- Ensures the proper handling of waste streams to comply with corporate, local, state, and federal regulations.

- Participates in and complies with all training and development activities. 

- Performs emergency response activities, as required.

If you...

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing experience required

Preferred Qualifications:

- PTEC or other post-secondary technical program preferred

- Previous chemical operation experience preferred

- Previous military experience may be considered as years of experience 

- Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
