RESPONSIBILITIES
In this position you grow our online customer experience in usage and value along the complete customer journey for ten strong industrial B2B businesses.
· Understand our customers' journeys and optimize the digital product for customers' and our businesses' needs. Conseqently, effect continuous growth of our online channels.
· Gather and consolidate needs, pain points and opportunities from various sources and stakeholders such as end-users, other product owners, data, markets, business owners, marketing, customer service, and own ideas.
· Develop and communicate the product vision.
· Maintain a backlog for the digital product and continuously prioritize it with business stakeholders.
· Define product backlog items for features (or bugs), including their details and acceptance criteria and plan sprints.
· Work with our team of developers to execute the sprints.
· Define software development capacity and skills needed.
· Procure internal and external services (design, development, etc.).
· Understand contributions needed from other functions (marketing, customer service, management) and communicate these needs.
· Create and oversee roll-out plans for new functionality.
· Measure how users interact with the product and how value is generated from these interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Academic degree or apprenticship in business technology, software engineering, (business) informatics or similar
· At least two years working experience as product owner or product/ project manager in a related field
· Well versed in using agile methodologies
· Experience in working with software development teams
· Experience in working with a large group of stakeholders
· Strong communication skills in English
· Proactive, self-organized working style
· Good business sense and an interest in using digital technology to improve business results
