Objectives of the Position
· To ensure Production Planning & Control (PPC) department’s operations run smoothly in terms of documentation completeness and supporting services.
· Continuous improvement of safety culture in TDS-related activity/areas.
· Maintaining 6S at workplace
Main Tasks
1. SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment)
· Being able to act as per BASF’s SHE standards.
2. Product Labelling
· Preparation of labels for drummed finished goods, bulk finished goods, foreign language labels, reprocessed goods labels, and replenishment of spoilt labels to Packing. To support third party logistics provider also in case of exigency in this respect.
3. Compilation of raw material/ indirect material invoices / Submission for Payment
· Responsible for compilation and submission of all vendors' invoices to finance department.
· Track and record all activities including PR and GR process for packing vendor.
4. Sampling activities
· Preparing documentation, packaging, and arranging for final despatch to customer sample requests from Supply Chain and ensuring that the sample is within specification and despatched out as soon as possible and in good order.
· create sample process order (PO) and inventory availability in system.
· PGI delivery order for sample.
· Update daily report shared by CSO and track the sample delivery status.
5. Control of direct and indirect material inventories for Packing and batching
· Maintaining minimum stocks for all indirect materials (e.g., plastic in-liners, strapping belts, cable ties, sample bottles, lead seals, metal clips and jerry-cans)
· Creating Purchase Requests for all the above-mentioned materials
· Inventory monitoring by weekly (PR01, FG70 and temporary storage).
6. Quality management activities
· Supporting the implementation of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and Process Safety Management by practicing them accordingly to ensure full compliance with the requirements as stipulated in the system at the PDP plant.
· Maintaining all documents which relate to quality management.
7. Raw Material and Finish Goods
· Preparing the full set of documents for local shipments and assisting supply chain in SAP transaction with regards to export shipments.
· Performing Post Goods Issue (PGI) for local and export shipments
· Performing Goods Received (GR)in system for all bulk raw materials (Flammable and Non-Flammable).
· Performing finished Goods Received (GR) in system as a back-up for Foreman and Senior Executive during their absence.
8. Production Planning
· Create and release and confirm (intermediate only) Process order.
· Raise MRF (Material Requisition Form – INT and intermediate) for batching.
· Supporting specialist (production planner) for update production recipe.
· To request batching of raw material if have any changes or additional from production.
Requirements
Education: Minimum Diploma / Degree in Secretarial Science / Administration / Business
Working Experience: Minimum 1 year
Technical & Professional Knowledge:
· Familiar with Microsoft Office
· Familiar with SAP system
· Familiar with 5S and ISO Management System
