Job description

BASF is currently building a new Verbund site in Zhanjiang, Guangdong province. Announced in July 2018 and officially commenced in November 2019, BASF Zhanjiang Verbund Site Project would be operated under the sole responsibility of BASF. BASF Zhanjiang Verbund site would ultimately be built into a role model for smart manufacturing and sustainable production by utilizing the digital technologies and applying the high safety standards.
• Proactively collecting/compiling/counter checking import shipment documents before shipment arrival; Creating export shipment timely and following up on all relevant shipping documents.

What you can expect

在货物到达前，主动收集/整理/核对进口装运单据；及时制作出口货物并跟踪所有相关的装运单据。
• Planning and monitoring import and export shipments, and proactively intervene in case of deviations in transportation or clearance activities to facilitate shipment back on track.
计划和监控进出口货物运输，并在运输或清关活动出现偏差时主动干预，协调货物运输正常运行。
• Logistics Service Provider (LSP) performance (KPI) management, incl. non-conformity handling and analyzing.
物流服务供应商(LSP)绩效(KPI)管理，包括不合格供应商服务的处理和分析。
• Support to handle import export and customs operational problems/difficulties.
协助处理进出口和海关操作问题/困难。

1.Bachelor or above；本科及以上
2.Logistics, supply chain， International trade物流，供应链，国际贸易
3.Proficient in MS office and English both speaking, reading, and listening. 熟练的办公软件操作及英语听说读写能力
4.Good communication skill, authentic, reliable and responsible. 沟通能力强，稳重，踏实可靠, 负责任
