Job description

Objectives:
1. Assist on the routine processing testing works related to additives, and lab preparation works assigned by the superiors in EVP Regional Innovation and Technology Center
2. Assist on the AP Farm field trial related Greenhouse set up and expose film sample collections work.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Lab Safety & IP Security Awareness
• In compliance with BASF EHS policy and IP regulations
• Implement 5S management persistently in workplace

2. Daily Routine Lab Experimental Works
• Implement experiments in line with updated methods and optimized machine conditions
• Prepare or handle samples consistently and professionally to ensure a quality work
• At least 40 working hours a week

3. AP Farm service
• Understand clearly about assigned field trial works and consult to responsible business developer and technical expert and AP farm managers
• Report any specific /deviation findings to the supervisor in order to ensure field trial run smoothly and consistently.

4. Reporting, Communication & Documentation Works
• Understand clearly about assigned lab works and consult to responsible business developer and technical expert
• Report any specific /deviation finding to the supervisor in order to ensure the materials, machines or environment to be able to meet the requirement of quality standards
• Maintain a good documentation (e.g. public share folders) system and reporting line to ensure work traceability

Job Requirements:
• Student of Master, Bachelor or College on chemical major
• Commitment to 6-month internship, at least 3days per week
• Proficient in written and verbal communication skills in English
• Experience in Polymer Processing & Evaluation
• Microsoft Office skill
