RESPONSIBILITIES

In our Talent Management & People Engagement unit, you have the opportunity to complete an internship of up to 6 months with immediate effect and get to know Talent & Community Management.

·  In this role, you are a part of conception, preparation and implementation of various talent management activities and meetings (e.g. HR retreats, workshops, talent speed dating).
·  You are involved in community management activities, such as organizing events to exchange knowledge and experience, recruiting events, etc.
·  Additionally, you support various (interdisciplinary) projects and take responsibility for research, benchmarks and the creation of presentations etc. on a wide range of HR, talent & community management topics.
·  You actively work on the creation and further development of concepts, such as trainee programs, talent pools, diversity & inclusion measures.
·  Furthermore, you support Community Management with communication tasks, e.g. writing posts for internal media, creating videos or setting up websites.

QUALIFICATIONS

·  ongoing studies in business administration, psychology, human resources management or a comparable field
·  very good knowledge of English, German is a plus
·  conscientious and reliable way of working
·  interest in continuing as a working student after completing the internship
