RESPONSIBILITIES

A wide range of tasks awaits you in the Program Engineering unit. You will support our team in the project of planning one of the largest BASF sites worldwide. Become a part of our team for a period of ideally 6 months. After successfully completed the internship, you will have the opportunity to stay with us as a working student.

 

·  You will work together with different departments involved in the project and get an insight into all disciplines included in the project.
·  As a part of our team, you will support us in developing and issuing technical documents from different project disciplines.
·  In addition, you will support the engineering quality team in analytical and technical checking and detection of incompleteness and inconsistencies in engineering project documents (e.g.: Process Flow Diagrams, Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams).
·  You keep lists for technical documents as well as databases for deviation management updated and structured.
·  Also, you create and revise presentations, training documents and other presentation materials.

QUALIFICATIONS

·  enrolled in engineering studies (e. g. process, chemical or biochemical engineering) or related fields
·  ideally already completed an internship
·  experienced and confident use of MS Office programs
·  good analytical skills accompanied with high initiative and commitment as well as an independent way of working
·  very good knowledge of English in order to achieve joint success in an international team
·  please provide complete application documentation (including university performance records up to now) and your availability period (starting date and internship duration)
