What you can expect

Join our team as an intern at BASF 3D Printing Solutions GmbH for a period of 6 months.

·  As part of your internship, you will support the team in testing new materials on 3D printers and in carrying out development projects.
·  You will help in laboratory work related to 3D printing of photopolymers and support in the quality control of 3d printed parts.
·  Furthermore, you will design test objects in CAD software (Autodesk/Solidworks).
·  You will design, carry out tests and subsequently analyse them.

What we expect

·  You are currently studying mechanical engineering, materials technology, process engineering or a comparable field of study.
·  In addition, you have knowledge in the field of production engineering, especially additive manufacturing and already gained basic knowledge in the field of design (CAD).
·  Initial experience in materials engineering and quality management is desirable.
·  You are able to demonstrate your communication skills in both German and English.
·  Personally, you convince with your pronounced interest in innovative technologies.
