Job description

Main Tasks:
- To evaluate different technical routes/chemistry for sodium ion, solid state battery and silicone-graphite batteries.
- Development of binder systems as well as battery electrode systems (also interface between Anode active materials to current collectors) for LiB, NaB as well as solid state batteries.
- Develop further technical solutions using existing and new technologies, methods etc.
- Constantly align/discuss project status with project leader and collaboration parties.
- Closely follow and evaluate scientific literature, publications, IP and draw conclusions for BASF.

Requirements:
- Education: PhD in polymer chemistry, polymer physics and/or electrical chemistry
- Working Experience: Experienced with battery chemistry.
