Our global IT and Data Solutions Delivery Team is searching for a Delivery Manager/Lead to ensure successful implementation and support of enterprise-level IT solutions within the BASF Agriculture division. The Delivery Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire product delivery lifecycle, requiring a blend of technical expertise and strong leadership skills.

As a Global Digital Product Owner, You Create Chemistry By...

•   Leading the implementation process for enterprise-grade IT solutions, ensuring a seamless and efficient deployment.
•    Providing  robust support mechanisms to address issues, updates, and maintenance, ensuring continuous system functionality and user satisfaction.
•    Demonstrating technical proficiency in guiding the team, making informed decisions, and staying abreast of industry best practices.
•    Collaborating across teams to streamline communication and enhance overall delivery effectiveness.
•    Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders to understand their requirements, expectations, and feedback, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
•    Implementing and enforce quality assurance processes to guarantee the reliability and effectiveness of IT solutions.  
•    Steering the delivery team toward achieving these objectives, contributing to the overall success of BASF's Agriculture division.

If you...

•   Have experience with CMS solutions such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and/or Magnolia. 
•   Have a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information Technology or business-technology related discipline and 10+ overall years' related experience

•   Have 3-5 years leading Agile teams as a Scrum Master required.
•   Have 5 years working on an agile team required.

Pay Transparency

BASF is committed to pay transparency practices. The competitive Pay Range for this role is $111,200 - $152,900. Actual pay will be determined based on education, certifications, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
