RESPONSIBILITIES
In our People Services/Compensation & Benefits Expert team, we are looking for a new team member.
· You are responsible for the concept design and the implementation of Data Management in Compensation processes with differentiation up to different business units.
· Additionally, you analyze SuccessFactors Employee Central and involve in a global project for possible transition from SAP premise to cloud solution including interface with SuccessFactors Compensation Planner Module for all compensation processes.
· You work on the continuous improvement and simplification of processes and systems in Compensation with proactive search for automation potentials.
· Further, you design and implement Compensation Data Quality measure with Reporting & Analytics.
QUALIFICATIONS
·
completed university degree, ideally with a human resources, computer science or engineering background
·
at least 5 years professional experience in project management and the ability to convey complex topics and prioritize improvements according to business needs in a target group-oriented manner
·
at least 3 years professional experience in implementing and developing digital tools and working with external SaaS providers, SAP and/or Success Factors experience is an asset
·
good knowledge on all compensation processes (especially processes in SuccessFactors Compensation Planner Module)
·
entrepreneurial behavior with a high degree of creative freedom, responsibility, and ownership
·
excellent presentation and communication skills in English, German is a plus
BENEFITS
· Gross annual salary (full-time): 64.000 - 67.000 €, depending on qualifications and professional experience. In addition, you can expect a bonus of 18 % of your gross annual salary, depending on the success of the company and individual performance.
· 30 days of paid vacation, special leave and sabbatical options.
· Flexible working hours so that you can organize your working and private life according to your needs.
· Work mobile from other EU countries for up to six weeks.
· Location-independent work models with defined days of presence in Berlin and place of residence in Germany.
