Objectives:
·
Work as the plant contact window to coordinate QC and QM
·
Continuously improve on plant quality system for automotive industry
·
Continuously improve on product quality for automotive industry
Main Tasks:
·
Responsible for raw material complaints. Manage and coordinate the RM complaints to be fast and correctly handled. Follow up on the corrective action.
·
Responsible for routine NCM during the manufacturing process. Follow up on the root cause analysis and follow up.
·
Deeply involved in the customer complaints, including root cause investigation, 8D report and follow up closely on the corrective action.
·
Preparation on audits, including external audits, internal audits and supplier audits.
·
Lead and coordinate quality improvement project for continuously improvement. As the green belt to support on site quality improvement projects.
·
Prepare for quality summary and reporting.
·
Conduct and coordinate the internal audit/inspection at regular interval to continuously monitoring quality system
·
Coordinate on the process/procedure continuous improvement.
·
Develop product quality training to upgrade whole staff's quality awareness
·
Ensure all environmental, health and safety rules and guidelines are being adhered to and maintain high safety standards and a safe working environment
Requirements:
·
Education: Bachelor’s degree on Chemistry or Mechanical
·
Working Experience: Minimum 3 years equivalent work experience in quality area. Engineering plastics experience would be strong plus.
·
Technical & Professional Knowledge: Good communication skill of English language, oral and written.
