RESPONSIBILITIES

From the very beginning, you will advise and support production companies in our Intralogistic Solutions unit regarding issues surrounding the technical integration of weighing, filling, packaging and conveyor systems in higher-level automation and IT systems.

 

·  You are responsible for the specification and implementation of the necessary interfaces and functions in the machine controls and the higher-level systems.
·  In addition, you accompany plant modernization and optimization projects with your technical expertise. 
·  You actively introduce technical innovations from the Industry 4.0 environment (AGV, adaptive robotics, Digital Twin, IH assistance systems, etc.) and place great emphasis on availability, maintenance efficiency and machine safety. 
·  Furthermore, you will ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements (calibration law and GMP).

QUALIFICATIONS

·  above-average degree (Master, Diploma, PhD) in automation or information technology
·  know-How about technologies for the coupling of automation and IT-systems
·  experience in the design of vertical integration solutions and in the project planning or optimization of machines and units in the field of technical logistics such as weighing, filling, packaging, conveying and storage technology as well as their automation
·  ideally, experience in the implementation of Industry 4.0 applications in intralogistics
·  very good communication skills in English and German and enjoy working in a team to achieve the best results in the technical community
