JOIN THE TEAM

In the Corporate Human Resources unit, we are responsible for managing HR work in the BASF Group. By developing focused HR guidelines, we implement the corporate strategy on employee-related topics. In addition, we design instruments for the development and retention of senior executives, provide them with operational support in personnel matters and are responsible for their strategic succession planning.

RESPONSIBILITIES

We offer you the opportunity to actively shape and design the global talent acquisition and future of work of BASF. We are looking for you for 5 up to 6 months in our Corporate Human Capability Future unit.

·  Do you love variety? You will support projects around the global topics as employee and leadership development, feedback landscape, employer branding, future of work, and HR trends as a valuable team member, and assist us in selecting future interns

·  Do you want to make a difference? You will support us in the user-friendly preparation and professional communication of our concepts.
·  Do you appreciate flexibility? We structure our projects by ourselves, which allows us to be flexible in terms of time.

QUALIFICATIONS

·  advanced course of study in psychology, social, economics, humanities or communication sciences
·  mandatory internship required
·  an interest in current HR topics
·  practical experience in the areas of talent management, employer branding or marketing appreciated
·  creativity and enthusiasm
·  strong communication skills in English
