The Coatings business drives excellence in the development, production, and marketing of coatings solutions.  This includes innovative and sustainable automotive OEM and refinish coatings, applied surface treatments for metal, plastic, and glass substrates, and advanced solutions for sustainability, performance, and digitalization. 

We are looking for a professional like you to join our team!

As a member of the Refinish Coatings Supply Chain Leadership team, you will drive the management of distribution and transportation activities supporting our business in North America.

 

As the ECR Logistics Manager you create chemistry by…

·  Leading a team of professionals with transportation and distribution management responsibilities and optimizing employee performance and development through active coaching, training, and resource allocation to support productivity growth.
·  Developing and implementing transportation and distribution strategies to enable profitable growth. This strategy will include optimizing our distribution network, assist defining partner service levels and driving enhancements to our current processes.
·  Successfully creating and managing relationships with key business contacts and third-party transportation, distribution and warehousing partners and ensuring the cost-effective delivery of services provided.
·  Driving excellence in the customer experience, continuous improvement, cost optimization and regulatory compliance.

 

Your formula for success…

·  Holding a bachelor’s degree 5+ years of relevant experience in logistics, business management, procurement or supply chain planning.
·  Having 3+ years of people management experience.
·  Using your advanced knowledge of data query development, excellent problem solving, analytical and math skills, you will find ways to reduce our total cost-to-serve for our customers in NA.
·  Having strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple, concurrent tasks effectively to establish and drive plans to completion.
·  SAP experience preferred.
