1. Website content management
• Posts, events, Q&A management
• Training materials management
• Organize and provide trainings on user login process
2. User management
• User creation, update, and user audit
3. Customer Service
• Ticketing process
• Recording and summarizing of tickets
4. Training status analysis and training data collection
5. Communication and coordination
• Requirement collection
6. WordPress maintenance (optional)
• System backup
• System update
• Setup of staging environment
• System debugging (Linux Centos)

Job Requirement:

• Ongoing Bachelor/Master studies. (computer science preferred)
• Advanced English language skills, CET-4 and above is required
• Candidate with WordPress development and maintenance experience is preferred
• More than 6 months internship duration. at least 2days/week
