Job description

Objectives:
- You will be member of the global Digital Transformation Team, acting as a PMO with activities during different stages of the digital product lifecycle.
- You will engage in internal digital project communication as well as digital people and culture implementation, and update process in different communication channels.
- You will respond for driving EC's digital upskilling program within different SBU in region and promoting the use of Agile Methodologies.
- You will actively orchestrate EC’s Digital Community by utilizing the different channels (available or new) and actively promote and enable knowledge sharing and collaboration across the Digital Community.
- In a mature stage you will act as facilitator and agile coach to spread methods and formats like, i.a. SCRUM, OKR, retrospectives, taskboards, decision making in teams, modern work in teams, flexwork, design thinking

Main Tasks:
- Assist the digital project development and implementation, use agile project management tool to keep tracking project status and reporting.
- Support digital project related communication, such as creating newsletter and poster for digital branding, deliver survey and analyze the results of user feedbacks and voice.
- Drive EC digital competence development by collecting and evaluating training & development needs from different areas and along EC’s digital target picture.
- Act as PMO/Agile Coach to embed Agile Methodologies as part of the culture and in processes across the Digital Unit, promoting team’s development of suitable digital competences through training and mentoring.
- Host training workshops and integrate training resources with academies, other ODs and externals to set impulses on latest developments regarding methods and tools.
- Operate Digital Community by utilizing the different channels (available or new) and actively promote and enable knowledge sharing and collaboration across the Digital Community.

- Excellent Chinese & English oral and written skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Digital communication, digital media, business is preferred. Having working experience in IT industry and Agile project Methodologies is a big plus.
- Art sense, good presentation, excellent communication skills and AI/PS design skills are required.
- Strong sense of commitment and responsibility, highly organized with the ability to complete tasks on a timely manner
