What You Can Expect

 

·  Work within a team which is responsible for the execution of tasks associated with the safe and reliable mechanical upkeep and improvement of site plant, process and equipment. 
·  Be available for planned shift cover (if and when required) including the operation of site utilities and facilities, ensuring uninterrupted availability on an ongoing basis.
·  To provide for unplanned mechanical & shift cover, on a rotating on-call basis.

What We Expect

 

·  Completed an approved apprenticeship as a Mechanical Fitter, with a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a site role within a Process manufacturing environment. 
·  Training and experience in pipe fabrication is an advantage.
·  You will work within EHS requirements to ensure safe working systems and practices are followed, taking responsibility for personal actions and the actions of others. 
·  Be an effective communicator and have decision making skills, with a 'can-do' attitude who can work independently or as part of a team to ensure that targets are achieved. 
·  Good analytical skills to identify & implement improvements.
