We are seeking a professional like you to join our Customer Experience Team.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Distribution Commercial Team to enable customer satisfaction and growth with our Distribution Partners. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will engage and support our customers. This role will work closely with various stakeholders both internally and externally including Distributors, Sales, Customer Support, and Product Management to support customer requests. The role will also assist with reporting and analytics for Distribution. This role is multi-faceted, fast-paced, and critical to ensuring day to day operations and interactions with our Distribution Partners are positive.

As a Customer Experience Specialist, Distribution Sales Support, You Create Chemistry By...

 

·  Leveraging your experience in Business Administration, Sales, and/or other similar field, you will focus on supporting our Sales Team and Distribution Partners with pricing, regulatory requests, bids, reporting, allocations, price supports and other ad hoc requests. 
·  Responsible for all pricing activities including investigating and closing pricing discrepancies, maintaining, generating, and sending price letters and lists. Responsible for executing and auditing price support requests. Responsible for coordinating with Sales and Pricing Analyst to ensure accurate and timely pricing in SAP. 
·  Assist Sales and Technical Teams with new business leads. Ensuring that they are directed to the proper stakeholders and acted on timely. Responsible for managing distribution handover process to ensure leads are properly directed to the proper Distribution Partners. 
·  Relying on your strong understanding of Master Data this role will help to drive a culture of data discipline and ensure business reports are reliable and accurate. 
·  Using your strong business acumen, you will be a key contributor in driving financial results for your customers. You will work closely with Account Managers to ensure we deliver on the expectations of Customers and Distribution Partners. 
·  This role will develop an understanding of the Care Chemical’s portfolio and the strategic initiatives within the Care Chemicals Business. You will participate in business, sales, customer experience trainings and meeting as well as strategic initiatives to help continue to improve the Customer Experience. 
·  You will participate in cross functional initiatives and work closely with customer support, regulatory, product management, transportation etc. to improve customer satisfaction and drive continuous improvement activities. You will be measured on customer satisfaction through Net Promoter Score. You will be expected to be able to pull and analyze data out of the NPS System as well as help support maintaining the data for NPS. 
·  Relying upon your excellent interpersonal skills, you will collaborate and interface with business partners and commercial team members to have an in depth understanding of the customers and their markets.
·  Combining your ability to work independently, be a self-starter, and lead change in a team setting will be essential, as you gather and interpret market intelligence from a customer. 
·  It will be essential that you exhibit strong time management skills, organization capabilities, as well as be extremely adaptable and open to change, while being a team player that is result orientated. 
·  You will be a champion for digital tools and approaches. The ability to identify and implement digital solutions will be an essential skill for success. Knowledge of the implementation of BOTs and automation is beneficial. 
·  As a champion for Salesforce, you will be an expert user for the platform. You will develop reports and analytical tools for the Sales Team. You will help the Account Managers become comfortable with the platform and be a key resource to them. 
·  Your robust knowledge of Microsoft Office, PowerBI, SAP, Salesforce or other relevant Enterprise Resource Planning will be essential to support Account Managers and Customers.
