RESPONSIBILITIES

Are you an experienced integration specialist with a passion for recruiting processes? We are looking for talented Technical Consultant to join our product team and supporting our AddOn integrations. Key areas are system administration and integration of 3rd party platforms such as employment contract creation or ChatBot support on our global career site.

·  In your new role, you will work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement integrations between SuccessFactors as well as other 3rd party systems.
·  You will be responsible for the administration of the AddOn systems and configuration of the process design as well as the integration with the SuccessFactors Recruiting module.
·  You will provide your technical expertise in CPI Cloud Foundry integration, SAP Business Technology platform and API design to develop and maintain custom integrations.
·  You will also ensure that privacy as well as cybersecurity measures are implemented in the integrations and data processes, especially for AI services and required candidate consent.
·  Furthermore, you will support our legal and cyber security processes (data protection, cookie consent).
·  Last but not least, you will advise on recruitment processes by designing and implementing integrations to streamline data flows and improve the experience of all involved process participants.

QUALIFICATIONS

·  strong knowledge of integrations with SAP Cloud Platform Integration, Integration Center or API and Business Technology Platform
·  programming skills in Java Script or Groovy
·  experience with systems integration and data flows and familiarity with cyber security best practices
·  solid understanding of HR processes
·  experience in recruiting system administration or a willingness to learn SuccessFactors Recruiting and related administration as well as processes
·  experience in creating analytics reports (story reports with integrated SAP Analytics Cloud) and knowledge of Career Site Builder is a plus
