Job description

Objective:
The Communications Intern provides support for a variety of communication initiatives. The Intern will gain hands-on experience in all aspects of communications, including writing, editing and event planning.

Responsibilities:
• Assist with the development and execution of communication plans
• Write and edit a variety of communication materials, including internal stories, social media posts, and website content
• Implement internal events, e.g. townhall meetings, internal workshops
• Support other communication team members with a variety of tasks

Qualifications:
• At least 3 working days per week
• Enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in communications, journalism, public relations, or a related field
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
