Job description

= Objectives =
One of the key priorities of Agriculture Solutions Business Unit's growth plan Commercial Excellence.
The objectives of the role including to investigate and invest in improving customer experience, business models efficiency and equipping the teams.
The role will be fully focused on providing strategy support and statistical analysis to commercial operation and digital product development.
The role will hold the ownership for digital assets management for all running commercial digital tools such as data maintenance, conduct analysis to maximize the impact of digitalization across the organization.

= Main Tasks =
Data Analysis
• Provide timely data analysis based on commercial team's daily requirement.
• Drive data-based decision-making workflow in Agriculture Solutions China's commercial operation.

Product development
• Responsible for understand, analyze, and interpret business requirements and needs
• Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure that deliverables meet the needs of both internal departments and end users
• Create business cases, project and system requirements along with user stories and process flow diagrams for the development team.
• Drive implementation of digital product while integrating commercial processes, working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Departments' leader
• Work closely with the Business, Digital team and IT Development to explore leading edge technology solutions as well as the practicality of implementation

Project Management
• Act as product owner in data-related digital product and lead relevant project
• Lead country digital projects to success.
• Lead collaboration among multiple internal and external functions

Strategy Management
• Contribute to development and implement of Agriculture Solutions China's digital strategy, which align with business strategies.

People Development
• Coach teams & deploy consistent and effective sales & marketing tools
• Facilitate collaboration between Commercial Excellence, Digital Marketing and Information System.

= Job Requirements =
• Bachelor Degree or Master in Information Technology and/or Computer science or Commercial (business management or economics) field
• Minimum 4 years relevant work experience in leading and managing successful project and/or commercial teams.
• Proven track record in structuring initiatives
• Strong persuasion and influencing Skills
• Experienced in project management and change management
• Possess hands-on experience in in-depth analysis, define and validate requirements as well as carry out process / experience mapping
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, CRM, Power-BI, Python
• Familiar with e-commerce, content management and web-based applications
• Excellent English verbal & written communication skills
