Job description

BASF is currently building a new Verbund site in Zhanjiang, Guangdong province. Announced in July 2018 and officially commenced in November 2019, BASF Zhanjiang Verbund Site Project would be operated under the sole responsibility of BASF. BASF Zhanjiang Verbund site would ultimately be built into a role model for smart manufacturing and sustainable production by utilizing the digital technologies and applying the high safety standards.

What you can expect

- According to process technical information, establish operation manuals/procedures and keep them up to date. 根据工艺技术信息，建立操作手册/程序并保持更新
- Set up and maintain process database and find the opportunities to improve; Report to plant manager any major problems and suggest corrective action/modifications taken
建立和维护工艺数据库；分析生产工艺，寻找可能的改进，发现重大问题应及时向装置经理汇报并提出整改/变更意见
- Develop and revise plant QM system according to BU QM requirement.
根据事业部的QM 要求，开发、修订装置的QM管理体系。
- Actively participate in the Continues Improvement Process (CIP), Change Management and Innovation
积极参与持续改善项目，变革管理和创新。
- Lead and organize the safety review for MOC and capex, involve in the investigation for root cause of any incident and near miss in the plant
组织并领导MOC和投资项目的安全审查；参与事故和未遂事件的根本原因分析

1.硕士毕业；Master’s degree
2.化学，化工工艺，高分子材料 /Chemistry, Chemical Processes, polymer materials
3.英语听说读写熟练，学习能力强。
Proficient in English both speaking, reading and listening, Excellent in study.
4.沟通协调能力强，灵活负责任。
Good communication & coordination skill, Flexible & responsible.
