Job description

Main Tasks:
Main Task1:
- Global Capital Project KPIs Report (Regional project KPI representative of Asia Pacific)
- Monthly check of project status: ComS IA/FA, engineering, construction start/complete, RfSU
- Coordinate project teams for specific KPI data input during project execution period.
- Provide knowledge transfer/training to project teams, support project teams to set up KPI data in SAP PPM
- Check of KPI data, trace missing data, analysis data.
- Communicate with project teams/KPI owners between KPI data entry and KPI dashboard publishing for idea dropped, explanation of effort too high, data correction and adding to be done in the next month.
- Collaborate and prepare project reports to GE global team of the projects out of SAP PPM system (e.g. JV project) for KPI data collection in Capex Dashboard
- Check of preliminary Capex & KPI Dashboard (before it is published), feedback to GE global team with missing/incorrect data if any.
- Alignment meeting of Capex & KPI Dashboard with KPI owners
- Contribute to regular KPI Community Meeting
- Feedback project teams/KPI owners' expectation within KPI Community team, experience exchange and lessons learned sharing with project teams and KPI owners to increase KPI understanding.
- Work close with other teams (Cost Engineering, Project Controlling, QA/QC) for KPI data verification.
- Review/development of KPI Handbook: communicate with KPI owners of the new requirement/update of KPIs, communicate within KPI Community team of the feedback, finalize and update KPI Handbook

Main Task2: Regional Project Report of Asia Pacific (Regional project reporting coordinator of Asia Pacific)
- Monthly check of project list: new projects (get ComS FA), planned RfSU projects.
- Notification to project teams for project monthly report creation and distribution for new ComS approved projects: provide training of project reporting procedure to project teams, answer questions to project teams. Help project teams to collaborate SAP PPM supporting team for project monthly report set up in SAP PPM as per requirement.
- Collect AP project monthly reports base on project list. Trace project teams of missing reports. Cross check monthly project report, verify project data/information with project teams.
- Prepare Regional/GC project monthly overview report depends on different requirement. Support on questions to regional/GC controller if any
- Support to other teams on project data/information for project balance check

Main Task3: Quarterly Report
- Prepare reporting schedule & align within team.
- Prepare separate report template for individual topic contributor.
- Coordinate to individual topic contributors and align the present report requirement.
- Collect reports from topic contributors, trace missing feedback from topic contributors.
- Prepare the slides of Capital Projects Performance: review individual project monthly report/GEA Project
- Update report/project KPIs report, select/define project list (by TIC value & project organization), prepare project overview performance report for the projects in execution phase and planning phase handled by GEA, prepare the project cost & schedule performance report for the projects in execution phase in the region of AP.
- Internal review of draft report within team and modify and finalize report.

Main Task4: Supports to Controlling topics
- Involved and support to annual practice of Hourly rate development and Operational planning (e.g., data download, data analysis and cross check, etc.)
- Develop automatic tool to enhance current process’s efficiency and reliability.
- Ad-hoc support per requested.

Requirements:
- Education: bachelor’s degree, major in Economics or Chemistry
- Technical & Professional Knowledge: 3 - 5 years’ experience in international manufacturing company, with major CAPEX investments experience.
- Knowledge of cost accounting
- Multi BU and Big Four firm experience preferred.
- Open minded person, willing to communicate with production colleagues actively.
