Job description

BASF is currently building a new Verbund site in Zhanjiang, Guangdong province. Announced in July 2018 and officially commenced in November 2019, BASF Zhanjiang Verbund Site Project would be operated under the sole responsibility of BASF. BASF Zhanjiang Verbund site would ultimately be built into a role model for smart manufacturing and sustainable production by utilizing the digital technologies and applying the high safety standards.

What you can expect

- Assist asset manager to establish and oversee the implementation of preventative maintenance and repairing programs according to machinery/equipment specifications and the utilization.

- Assist asset manager to establish and monitor the spare parts levels and an effective reporting system of repair activities to ensure no interruption in production process and efficient use of machinery/equipment
建立维修活动的有效的报告系统，建立零配件的计划和监视库存水平，确保生产不被中断以及机器设备的充分利用；
- Assists Asset Manager in the evaluation and prioritization of capital projects; Manage for the execution as capital projects in plant, i.e., application, installation, timing, quality, cost etc.
协助装置经理对投资项目进行评估和分级；确保投资项目在装置执行，包括申请、安装、进度、质量、成本等要素。
- Consolidate, compile and update assets manuals and procedures
整合、编制和更新资产管理手册和程序.

1.硕士毕业；Master’s degree
2.化学，化工工艺，高分子材料，机械自动化、Chemistry, Chemical Process, polymer materials, Mechanical automation
3.英语听说读写熟练， 学习能力强
Proficient in English both speaking, reading and listening, Excellent in study
