- 确保车间内部具有完整的系统的安环保规章制度
- Ensure plant has a complete system of safety and environmental protection regulations.
- 确保车间和BACC规章制度的严格执行
- Ensure the regulations of workshop and BACC are strictly followed
- 及时修订相关规章制度，确保文件体系的有效性
- To review the relevant regulations timely, ensure that the efficiency of management system
- 协助车间每月安全检查的落实
- Assist plant monthly safety inspections
- 协助车间5S管理标准的落实与改进
- Assist the 5S management of plant with 5S implementation and improvement
- 有效识别车间的作业风险并采取有效措施控制风险
- Effectively identify operation risk and take effective measures to control the risks
- 确保工艺安全和安全评估的要求得到有效执行
- Ensure effective implementation of process safety assessment
- RC Audit Code 5 & Code 1相关工作
- Responsible for RC Audit Code 5 & Code 1related work
技术 Technology
- 负责新产品/新工艺/新原料/新项目的引进和变更管理
- Responsible for the introduction of new product/process/materials/project and its change management
- 确保产品SMP的建立和维护（包括产品工艺，Bom&Routing，测试计划等）
- Ensure the establishment and maintenance of product SMP (including product process, Bom&Routing, test plans, etc)
- 负责实验室小试落实并对实验结果进行评估
- Responsible for laboratory test finishing and test result assessment
- 及时安排相关的车间试生产和样品检验，协调产品管理、质量部门、原材料采购和生产控制以确保试生产的正常进行
- Coordinate trial production and sample test, that is coordinating PM, QC, Supplier chain and production to complete product trial production
- 负责刹车液生产线标准操作程序、标准生产工艺和产品文档的评审和更新
- Responsible for updating of standard operating procedures, process, product related documentation for brake fluid
- 做好车间OpEx项目的管理及系统维护
- Responsible for OpEx project management and system maintenance
- 确保车间工艺文件完整，易查, 产品计划的完善与跟踪
- Ensure the complement and status tracking of process documents
- 负责车间员工工艺安全相关培训的落实
- Responsible for process safety training for all staff
- 组织和配合车间主管做好工艺改进和节能降耗工作
- Cooperate with plant supervisor on process improvement and energy saving
生产 Manufacturing
- 配合生产主管完成车间的生产任务
- Coordinate with production supervisor complete production tasks
- 负责按照TS和ISO管理规范组织日常的生产管理和工艺管理。
- Responsible for daily production management and technology management according to TS and ISO management
- 配合召开车间日常生产会议
- Take part in daily production meeting
- 全天候确保重要信息在班组内/车间内的畅通传递
- Ensure that important information transferred unimpeded in the shift/plant
- 确保车间内所有信息及时传达到车间经理
- Ensure that all information is communicated to plant manager in time
- 全力协助车间经理解决日常的问题
- To help plant manager to solve daily problems
- 负责生产工艺不断改进以降低成本
- Responsible for continuous improvements of production process of to reduce costs
- 持续审核并完善系统操作的作业指导书和按照程序作业跟踪监督系统,即时采取跟进措施纠正偏差
- Continue to review and improve operation procedure: monitor operation in accordance with the procedures, and establish follow-up measures
质量 Quality
- 持续分析产品质量的稳定性, 并改进产品的质量状况
- Continuous analysis of the stability of product quality, and improve the status of product quality
- 负责和组织车间管理者解决产品中存在的质量问题
- Organize workshop for resolving product quality problems
- 负责产品质量问题的调查及相关纠正预防措的制定和执行
- Responsible for the investigation product quality issues, and the development and implementation of related corrective and preventive measures
- 积极调查客户投诉，分析原因并采取有效措施避免重复发生
- Actively investigating customer complaints, analyze the causes and take effective measures
- 负责汽车流体区域时，熟悉IATF16949要求，并具备IATF内审和培训师的资质
- Familiar to IATF requirement during who is responsible for automotive fluid group, and have ability of internal auditor and trainer.
- 确保车间符合ISO体系/IATF体系要求, 内审和外审的顺利进行和相关预防措施的落实
- Ensure the compliance with ISO/IATF system requirements, responsible for the internal and external audit as well as relevant prevention measures
人事 Personnel
- 在生产主管休假期间履行生产主管职责
- As the backup of production supervisor
- 配合装置经理对下属员工的招聘和业绩考核工作
- Assist plant manager to recruit and assess individual performance of subordinate

- Education学历: 本科及以上/ Bachelors
- Working Experience工作经历: 3年以上工作经历， 至少2年生产主管或者工艺管理经验/At least 2years work experience as production supervisor or technology management
- Technical & Professional Knowledge 技能和专业知识: 化工及相关专业/Chemical engineering and related disciplines;
