Job description

- Handle and follow up the QA/QC lab customer issue and the relevant file maintenance/及时受理QA/QC客户的需求，并跟踪该案例
- Receiving, register, testing (quantity, specification, requested testing) and the database update of all samples/负责样品的收样，登记，测试和记录
- Create and optimize test method/开发/优化测试方法
- Maintenance of the samples statistic database/负责样品统计数据库的维护
- Lab equipment maintaining, lab equipment calibration and verification in PMU system/负责实验设备的维修，按PMU系统内的项目对实验设备进行校正维护保养
- Handle the routine purchase in QA/QC Lab/ 负责实验材料的请购
- Support the customers audit, internal and external audit of ISO 9001/ISO14000, ISO 17025 & TS 16949 for QA/QC Lab/协助QA/QC实验室的各项审核，其中包括客户审核，ISO 9001/ISO14000, ISO 17025 & TS 16949内审和外审
- Lab daily management/日常的实验室管理
- Plan and prepare PPAP (Production Part Approval Process)/ PPF (Produktionsprozess- und Produktfreigabe) submissions on new products and engineering changes to meet customer deadlines and customer specific requirements 计划和准备PPAP/PPF文件
- Ensure consistency of key characteristics from design to series process 确保关键特性从设计转移到批量生产
- Drive NCM handling and warranty process and ensure that customer complaints are resolved effectively and sustainably NCM处理和赔偿的处理，确保客户投诉持续有效的处理。
- Analyze data to detect quality problems and recommend corrective action 分析数据监测质量问题和建议整改措施
- 5S and safety (LTI ＝ 0)/Material control (standard sample, chemical reagent)/Tooling (vessel, beaker, crucible etc) management/Lab equipment spare parts management, etc/5S和实验室安全/化学试剂和标准物质的控制/实验室材料的管理/实验室设备备件的管理等等

- Junior college or above/大专或大专以上学历
- Know well in the chemical basic knowledge/有良好的化学基础
- Be familiar with the general chemical analysis and material/有较好的化学分析和材料知识
- Experience in QC lab is priority/QC工作经历优先
- Be hardworking and have the team work spirit/能努力工作，并具有团队精神
- Basic English skills & PC skill/具有良好的英语水平和计算机水平
- Project management and/or QM experience is preferred. 有项目管理或/和质量管理经验优先
