Key Responsibilities/What you do

Within the Finance Department, reporting to the Strategic P&C Manager, you will join the Strategic Planning and Controlling team, which is in charge of steering the financial results of Allianz Partners

You will support SPC team and contribute to many interesting and challenging projects.

 

·  Contribute to the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes by assisting  the preparation of required documents and analysis, including comparing current results with previous year and plan
·  Support SPC team in elaborating financial analyzes about AzP financial performance, to be delivered to different internal stakeholders
·  Collaborate in alignments regarding the Planning Dialogue and Strategic Dialogue, including supporting the yearly upload Plan into the Group’s systems
·  Provide support for cross-functional projects (e.g., Finance, Operations, CTO), bringing financial knowledge and integrating relevant financial KPIs into the planning process.
·  Assist in improving data availability and quality by utilizing advanced technical solutions and automated processes.
 

Key Requirements/What you bring

 

·  Ongoing education in the area of finance, economics, business administration.
·  Business school with strong Accounting/Financial analysis component or Master degree in Finance/Accounting/Controlling
·  Fluent in English (verbal and written), any other language is a plus
·  Excellent interpersonal, communication skills, team player
·  Strong financial and analytical skills and very high focus on accuracy
·  Appetence for project management in a complex international environment 
·  Ability to build and communicate complex data models
·  Advanced level skills in Excel
·  Knowledge in Power Bi and Power Query is a plus
·  Knowledge of cost accounting and cost controlling through studies or previous experience is a plus
