Who will you be joining?
While working with Group Operations and Analytics Team you will get actively involved in interesting controlling tasks and topics about the organization of Allianz SE. Furthermore, you will have the chance to gain insight into the operational practice of an international financial service provider.
How can you make an impact?
· Independent collaboration in exciting special projects
· Preparation and implementation of top management meetings
· Supporting the Executive Board Controller in day-to-day operations
· Support steering the P&L (profit & loss): financial analysis and evaluation of deviations between actuals & plan
· Support Planning and Forecasting process
· Support communication & training activities in the controlling area
· Supporting multiple project management teams
· Qualitative and quantitative analyses in preparation for top management decisions
· Structuring of complex projects and management of work packages in the departmental area
· Preparation of presentations, decision papers and other documents in English
· Support organizational change process in Allianz SE
What are you made of?
Minimum Qualifications
· Min 3-4s semester for bachelor
· Studies in economics, finance or business related

Valid Work and residence permit (for non-EU citizens). Please check before applying if you can work with your current VISA
· Previous experience in business related functions (e.g. Sales, Operations, Claims, Underwriting, Investment Management, Asset Management, Consulting, Product Development, Finance, Market Management, Digital/ Tech etc.) is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
· Outstanding success in your undergraduate studies (economics, finance or any business related field)
· Excellent written and spoken English. German would be a plus
· Proficiency in MS Office 365 Programs (especially Excel)
· Experience with website applications would be of advantag
· Self-starter, team player
· Excellent communication skills
