Department Description & Job Purpose

Do you want to see how the world’s leading insurance brand manages transformation? Are you passionate about Data & AI? If yes, join the “Data Analytics Solutions” team of Allianz Services as an intern or working student.

In this role, you work closely with the Performance Lead and experience first-hand what it takes to “Make AI happen.”. In particular, you gain practical experience to operationalize Data & AI Solutions with a focus on IT Governance, Risk and Compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Support performance management, AI project governance, risk and compliance
• Assure (intra-group) contracts are in place and compliant with the Allianz governance framework, following relevant EU legislation (e.g. EU AI Act, Digital Operational Resilience Act)
• Work closely with the project teams to develop best practices

• Propose improvements to existing processes for contracting and risk management
• Support global scaling as projects mature and move from pilot stage to global offerings

Key requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master's degree
• The ideal candidate has knowledge in Governance/Risk/Compliance, business administration and a high interest in Data & AI topics (or vice versa).
• Previous experience in the field of IT contracts, governance / risk / compliance is a plus

• Available for a minimum of 6 months, ideally 12 months – offices are located in Munich / Unterföhring
• Diligent and pragmatic work style; well organized with attention to detail
• Working language is English

You can start immediately and are interested in a working student position for 6 months- part time (16-20 h/week)
